Terms and Booking Procedure

Prices quoted are per cottage for a maximum of 6 people in Swallow Cottage and 4 people in Chestnut Cottage. There will be an additional charge if these numbers are exceeded.
Lettings are from 3 p.m. on day of arrival until 10.30 a.m. on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Weekly bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday but Friday to Friday or more flexible times can sometimes be arranged.
Short breaks may be accepted preferably not too far in advance.
Oil central heating for Chestnut Cottage and logs for Swallow Cottage are supplied free of charge.
Electricity will be charged for at the end of the stay according to the meter reading, currently 30p per unit.
Duvets and bed linen are supplied but you can either bring your own towels or I can provide them at a small extra charge.
Pets are accepted in Swallow and Chestnut by arrangement but are not allowed in the bedrooms. There may be a charge. Please ask at time of booking.
No smoking inside any of the cottages please.
It is the responsibility of guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy and to notify me if there has been any damage or breakages.
If you wish to book, please contact me to check that the date you require is still available. If a booking is arranged, I will expect to receive a deposit within the next 5 days from U.K. visitors and as soon as can be arranged from overseas visitors. On receipt of a deposit, I will confirm the booking and give directions to the property. If you need to cancel the booking, please e-mail or telephone me as soon as possible as I may be able to re let the property. If I re let the property at the full price I will refund your deposit less an administration charge. If I am not given reasonable time to re let the property the full rental may still be payable.
Cheques are to be made payable to S.C.Pritchard at the above address. Money orders or bank transfers in £ sterling and payable to S.C.Pritchard are acceptable from overseas visitors, but I do not take credit cards.
You may arrive at any time after 3.00 p.m. but if you do not intend arriving until after 6 p.m. it would be helpful if you could let me know.
Please also let me know if you will be requiring a cot and highchair or have any special requirements so that I can have everything ready for you.
